Dave Pamah is a professional firefighter in the UK fire and rescue service, and is currently a Watch Manager. He is on a fitness campaign to train for the 'World Police and Fire Games' (WPFG) in New York City 2011, where he will be taking part in many events including the famous 'Stair Race'.
